12-13	The book is incorrect as F.S. 790.33(2)(a) allows a county to adopt up to a 3 day waiting period for any retail establishment unless the purchaser has a CWP. I disagree, but I think the Courts would uphold the statute. The book will be revised on this.
106	F.S. 790.01(7)(b) was amended to allow concealed carry of Taser-type weapons (i.e.: "dart firing stun gun") without a permit.
