Jon H. Gutmacher has been a criminal trial attorney for over 25 years in the State of Florida. He practices criminal trial law primarily in the Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, Daytona Beach, and Viera sections of the State, although he has also handled criminal law cases in West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Tavares, Jacksonville, Tampa, Port St. Lucie, and Titusville. He is the author of the book Florida Firearms – Law, Use & Ownership , writes a monthly column on weapons and self defense issues for the Sportman’s Gazette , and is an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor. While Mr. Gutmacher’s practice is primarily focused on criminal law in the Orlando and surrounding county areas, he also handles civil and administrative cases.
